How To Pray

This question has come up in church recently. I believe there are also a lot of people with this same question, around the world. God just wants us to communicate with him.

How would you feel if your child just walked on by, without even saying hello, it wouldn't feel good. God hears your heart, if you ask for a Mercedes Benz and you're thinking about a Volkswagen, which do you think God is going to hear. Neither, if you're not feeling it, he won't hear you. Sometimes when I pray, I start to cry, that's when I know I am truly feeling it and God hears me. You don't have to cry, but you do have to feel it in your heart and truly believe in and trust in God.

Talk to him, like he's right there in front of you. When you ask your father on earth for something, you don't always get it, but you do get more than you deserve sometimes. With your father in heaven, who has a little more control over his emotions, you will still get what you need, but you have to ask and believe. They say you can move mountains with your dreams, and if you believe in God with all your heart, you can!

God wants us to be unselfish, praying for others always gets Gods attention. Sometimes I say "good morning father" even when I don't have a prayer, just to show him I'm thinking of him and love him with all my heart.

When you pray, make it from your heart, unselfish and believe with all your heart. God will hear you, just remember, you don't always get what you want just by asking for it, but you will get what you need, God is always there for you. Also, you don't have to want something, to say hi to God.

Say hi, he's waiting to hear from you!

God bless you all and share the love!
