Personality, Who Are You?
There are all kinds of personalities, from serious to comedian, from hard worker to lazy, from outgoing to shy, from rude to kind and many many more. Everybody is unique in their own way, with similar traits to others. What makes up these personality traits: TV, Music, Parents, Friends, Teachers, Neighborhood, Society, Economy and everything we come into contact with. Our personality shows through our decision making, our attitudes, our appearance and our actions. Every personality has pros and cons. The most important thing is to be the best you can at whatever you do. Nobody is perfect, nobody better than you - just different. Everybody is born equal and start to develop their own personalities from day one. You have the choice of who you want to be, unfortunately, a lot of people let their surroundings influence them and forget their dreams. You can be anything you want, it really is your choice. Think about this; St Jude hospital is full of children, that might not see their next birthday. They're happy just to have visitors. Some of your greatest people (Inventors, presidents and so many others), could have been homeless or criminals or anything, but they chose their path and never gave up. Don't ever give up, no matter what the economy, or your neighborhood surroundings, or anybody says. People see your personality through your appearance. Ask your friends, your teachers and a complete stranger to describe you. Is that who you want to be? If yes, you're on the right track. Otherwise, you need to re-evaluate your traits and make changes toward your goal. Ask yourself, what do I want to be? Keep it simple, shy or outgoing, rude or nice, successful or just getting by, leader or follower. Write your answers down and work on them one at a time. Read books for a better understanding and for more depth in your personality. Change it up a little, many people have multiple personalities, no I'm not talking about split personalities, I'm talking about serious to silly, know when to be serious and when to be silly. Multiple personalities keep you from getting bored with yourself, which in turn, keeps your friends and your significant other from getting bored. Your personality is just like anything else, you have to learn and develop it. Write down what you want to be remembered as and go for it. Only you can decide who you want to be, no one else can decide that for you, no matter how hard they try to influence you. Some good personality traits are: Kindness Silliness Hard working Loyalty Honesty Sharing Take a minute and think back when you were a child, when life was easy, you didn't have to worry about a job, only going out to play. What did you want to be? Who was your hero? Did you share your toys? Did you think about others feelings? I hear people say "Why me lord"; Remember: You shall receive what you give tenfold!!! I know, life is tough sometimes, but that doesn't mean you have to change your personality or who you are. Do what you have to do to survive, but don't jeopardize your personality. You will be rewarded for the goodness in your heart and the efforts you set forth. Money can't buy happiness, your personality can. Thank you and have a wonderful life.
