What's missing in church?
It's Saturday night and I asked God this question, before going to sleep. On Sunday morning, I had forgot about the question while driving to church, but God answered me anyway, because he never forgets. He told me, we need to open our hearts to the lord, accept him, love him with all our heart and trust him with our own lives. When we do this, as God asks of us, and then read the Bible. God fills our hearts with his knowledge, to the point where we don't know whether to cry or sing out loud. Don't get me wrong, I love the Bible study classes and will continue to go and be with my family and listen to Gods words. But God says we don't have to analyze every word, just do what was previously stated and God will fill your hearts with so much knowledge and joy, it will bring tears to your eyes from the overflow of wisdom. God has a lot to say, we just need to stop and listen. Imagine when you're in court, and you say one thing, but the prosecuting attorney twists your words and says the opposite. This is what happens when we analyze too much, instead of just listening to Gods words and accepting them for what they are. This is what God meant, when he said his words cannot be corrupted or misleading. By doing as previously stated, God himself will fill your hearts with knowledge, that no one, not even Satan will be able to erase. It doesn't matter what religion you come from, or what Bible version you read. Just that you open your heart, accept Jesus in, love him with all your heart and trust him to the death. God will show you things you could never imagine. Keep it simple my brothers and sisters and may peace be with you, through Jesus Christ, our savior, Amen!
