Love, how to find true love:

Love, is a long time, hard to explain feeling. So how do you find love, that is even a harder answer, there are as many answers as there are people.
I can tell you from experience, the following is true and accurate:

1) Love yourself, you must first love yourself, before you can love someone else.
2) Be honest, don't pretend to be someone you're not, just to impress someone.
3) Be secure, insecurity is unattractive and will ruin a relationship and cause you to do things, you wouldn't normally do. Secure people attract people.
4) Take it slow, become friends first and take it from there.

A good friend of mine told me "Don't try so hard". I didn't understand at the time.
I just wanted somebody in my life (Insecure), an ugly personality trait.
I would pretend to be something I wasn't (Dishonest), sooner or later, they meet the real you.
I wanted someone now (Too fast), and would end up picking someone up at the wrong places for lust (Not love).
I would not be happy with my own looks or health (Not love thyself), and would still try to find love.

Because of this lifestyle, unaware of at the time. I could only attract people for lust, who did not love themselves, were dishonest and insecure as well. This was not good, because, no true love could ever develop, with these problems in the way.

You must learn the steps above, understand them, don't worry and love WILL find you. But for true love, you MUST love yourself first. This is the only way for true love (98.9% of the time) to happen.

I know it seems like it will never happen sometimes, it gets lonely sometimes, but trust me, it will happen and true love will be there forever. If you don't, you have a 98.9% chance of fighting and being miserable. You have lots of love around you, from friends and family. Concentrate on them and YOU, and true love will find you!
