The Importance of Laughter!

I just want to share the importance of laughter with you through a little story.

When I was young, growing up. I remember countless nights, sitting around the kitchen table with family. We would be playing games or just talking till the sun came up. Their would be laughter for no reason at all. I remember this well, for it formed a bond so strong in our family, that lasts a lifetime. The memories will never vanish and they were the simplest things, that cost nothing, nada, to build.

Today, I see so many people say "they don't have the time", or they can't afford it, I say hogwash. The price of these memories are priceless, yet didn't cost us anything, but time.

Sure, we were all tired the next day, but I wouldn't trade them in for anything. When I look back and remember, I can't help but SMILE real big. These moments in time will be cherished by all, for the rest of our lives.

STOP, saying you don't have time or can't afford it. You can't afford not to. Make a plan, a schedule to try this, if you have to, but like Nike would say "just do it"

Unfortunately, I did not do the same with my family and so regret it. I love my children and they love me. However, we don't have that everlasting memory to make us smile throughout the day, even, when it seems, everything is going wrong.

If you start today, with a plan, before you know it, it will become a tradition, that everybody will look forward to. So again, JUST DO IT!

It's never too late to start, it might feel awkward at first, but it is so worth any cost you could ever imagine. Don't let those precious moments slip away. No thanks needed, JUST DO IT!

Thank you and have a wonderful life
