Encouragement:

Encouragement goes a long way in everybody's life. It is very important to a child's upbringing and self esteem, but it doesn't stop at high school graduation. We all appreciate a little encouragement, every chance we get it.

That doesn't mean you can't correct somebody, when they are doing something wrong, but do it in a helpful way and still offer enthusiasm. It'll make them want to try harder.

We all get comfortable with our lives, and start taking way too much for granted. Then we wonder why adults fight, why kids give up and take the wrong path

  • Did you tell your son good job, when he got that "D" on his math test, then ask him if he needed any help.
  • Did you thank your wife for dinner and tell her how great it was, then offer to help with the dishes.
  • Did you thank your teacher for all her help, and offer your assistance in any way.

You see where I'm going with this, stop taking so much for granted and offer some positive words of wisdom. It will brighten someones day and lift there self esteem. Even just sharing a smile sometimes, goes a long way toward encouraging someone of their efforts.
When I was a kid and my Father would tell me great job. I felt good, even if I wasn't the best at it. what it did for me, was make me just want to keep trying harder in life. Because of that, I was usually the hardest and most productive worker at any job I ever had, and I learned to survive in the toughest of times, because of all his guidance.

So, I will say it again, to all wives/mothers, husbands/fathers, kids, teachers, and every other human being out there. STOP, taking life and the things people do for you for granted. START, showing your appreciation through encouragement, and don't forget to smile!

The 5 Benefits Of Encouragement:
1) Stronger bonds between the 2 of you.
2) Builds success in their future.
3) Makes them a better person.
4) Makes you feel good about helping them.
5) Good attracts good

Thank you and have a wonderful life.
