Death Of A Loved One:

Death, a difficult thing to talk about, but definitely should be for all well being. It is probably the most difficult thing in life to deal with. When a loved one passes on, they leave heartbreak and confusion behind, in those that love them.

We all have to experience death, and we all deal with it differently, but we all share an equal love for the ones we miss.

There is no better way to show your love, then hugging someone, that feels the same loss. It will make you both feel better and help with the mending.

Never ever forget the ones, that have touched us so deeply, when they pass on. We never should forget them, no matter how difficult, it may seem.
They would want us to be happy, just like you want your loved ones to be happy, when you go. So, think of the happy times you had together, even the sad times, when you held each other close. Cry, shed that tear, it's OK. It's just another way of never forgetting, or letting go of the great memories you both made in your life.

Hug another, who is going through the same tough times, and help them to understand, it is ok. I love to hug, but don't remember ever hugging my Father, till the day of my Mothers funeral. It felt so good, and my Father means the world to me.

This is why, family bonding is so very important in our lives. So please, remember your loved ones passed, and continue to bond with those still here.

5 Things To Help Deal With Death:
1) Talk to others who were also close.
2) Share your emotions with them.
3) Remember the good times.
4) Don't forget your alone time for reminiscing.
5) Don't ever forget those that touched your heart!

P.S. Sorry this is short. I cry while writing this page, for all my loved ones passed, and I dedicate this page to all of them!
Love you always, Mom!

Thank you and have a wonderful life.
