Anger:

I use to have an anger problem in the past. This was due to high blood pressure mainly for me, but everybody is different. I use to get so angry, I would feel they're not listening, or it didn't go the way I thought it should and I would have an explosive outrage. This is not good for anybodies health.

Try These 5 Steps To Anger Control!

1) Take a deep breath, count to 20.
2) Go for a walk around the block.
3) Change the subject for the moment.
4) Ask yourself, "why am I angry".
5) Ask a friend to join the conversation, and be neutral.

Good news, I found this site that deals with anger, and has some really good advice. It says:

It is a valid, healthy emotion.

It is an emotion that can help set limits and boundaries in relationships.

It is a tool to help identify needs and wants.

It is powerful and needs to be used with respect.

When you know how to respond to your emotion positively, you can tap into an unlimited source of personal power. This personal power can in turn enable you to speak for yourself and to learn to manage the fear of shame or criticism.

Alternatives can show you how to work towards your wants without rage, violence, aggression, or controlling behaviors.

Thank you and have a wonderful life.
